Hi guys.

My old humminbird is dead. Buttons are stuck and its a super small screen, never liked it.

Im considering going dedicated ipad or android tab for nav. Ive been using navionics on ipad recently and its so much better than my humminbird

So im thinking maybe going android 11" tab, which can run apps in split screen, so can run the mecury vesselview mobile on one side, nav on other.

I rarely use the depth or fish finder, i use the faria dash guage for depth, seems more accurate as well. Never fished on my boat so dont care for depth finder.

Thoughts? I cant see a reason not to do it.. just thinking if ive forgotten something
